Urologist Urgent Hiring UAE

About The Role
Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Specialist Urologist to provide comprehensive diagnosis and management of urinary tract and male reproductive system disorders. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical and surgical expertise with a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive urological consultations, examinations, and diagnostic assessments.
- Diagnose and manage kidney stones, urinary tract infections, prostate disorders, urinary incontinence, and other urological conditions.
- Perform and manage appropriate urological procedures and surgeries within the scope of expertise.
- Manage patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia, hematuria, urinary obstruction, and recurrent urinary infections.
- Perform or assist with endoscopic procedures such as cystoscopy and other minimally invasive interventions.
- Evaluate and manage male reproductive and sexual health conditions where appropriate.
- Interpret ultrasound, CT, MRI, laboratory investigations, uroflowmetry, and other diagnostic tests.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patients for complications.
- Manage urological emergencies including urinary retention, obstructed infected systems, renal colic, and acute urological trauma.
- Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, radiologists, general surgeons, and other specialists.
- Counsel patients regarding treatment options, procedures, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
- Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- MS / DNB / MRCS / FRCS / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Urology.
- Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
- Strong experience in general urology and urological procedures.
- Surgical experience and an appropriate surgical logbook may be required for licensing review.
- Excellent clinical judgment, surgical skills, and patient-management abilities.
- Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
