Report a security concern
If you believe you have found a security issue affecting JobSpring, tell us privately so we can assess it.
How to contact us
Email [email protected] with the subject “JobSpring security report”. You can also choose Security concern on our contact form when it is available.
Include the affected page, a concise explanation, when you observed it, steps that reproduce it using your own account, and the potential impact. Redact personal data, tokens, passwords, and session cookies.
Keep the report safe
If you encounter someone else's data, stop accessing it and describe what you observed. Do not download or share it. Avoid disruption, destructive testing, social engineering, or access to accounts that are not yours.
This page provides a reporting channel. It does not grant permission to test systems, offer a bug bounty, or promise a response deadline. Ask us before attempting further testing that could affect users or services.
