Stop guessing.
Start applying.
JobSpring collects job listings from across the web and gives you the context to decide fast: salary ranges, skill match, company info, so you spend less time searching and more time on roles worth your attention.
Figures are approximate and based on platform data. Job listings are aggregated from multiple sources and may not all be current.
Job hunting is harder than it needs to be.
We put the important stuff up front so you can focus on the roles that actually matter.
Jobs shouldn't live behind walls.
When you browse with the JobSpring extension, the job listings you see get shared back to your peers with no extra effort. The more people use it, the more jobs everyone can find. It's a peer-to-peer system that makes the internet's job listings more open for everyone.

We've been on both sides of the hiring table.
JobSpring started because we were tired of the same broken cycle: spending hours searching, juggling tabs, and losing track of where we applied. We built what we wished existed: a simpler way to search, evaluate, and apply for jobs.

Frequently asked questions
No. JobSpring aggregates job listings from many sources across the web, including company career pages, job boards, and listings shared by users through our Chrome extension. While we work to surface relevant and current listings, we cannot guarantee that every listing is accurate, current, or legitimate. We recommend verifying details directly with the employer before applying.
The JobSpring Chrome extension collects job listing data from the pages you visit, things like job title, company name, location, and posting URL. It does not collect your browsing history, personal data, passwords, or search queries. The extension only activates on recognized job board pages. You can review the full details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. You can disable job sharing in the extension settings at any time. When sharing is off, you can still use the extension for auto-fill and saved answers, but job listings you browse will not be shared with the JobSpring community. You can also uninstall the extension entirely without affecting your JobSpring account.
No. JobSpring is a job discovery and application tool, not a recruitment agency. We help you find, evaluate, and apply to jobs more efficiently, but all hiring decisions are made by employers. We cannot guarantee that your applications will be reviewed, that you will receive interviews, or that any hiring will result from using the platform.
We use automated checks to detect expired or duplicate listings, and users can report suspicious postings directly from the job detail view. However, because listings come from many external sources, some stale or inaccurate listings may appear. We encourage users to verify job details with the employer before applying.
No. The peer-to-peer system only shares job listing data such as job titles, company names, locations, and posting URLs. Your personal information, including your name, email, resume, application history, and browsing behavior, is never shared with other users through the P2P system. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
