Is it free?
Yes, on both sides, and no card is needed to start. Looking for work, Free gives you unlimited résumés, unlimited job tracking, saved answers and twenty auto-fills a month. Hiring, Free gives you one live post and fifty candidate views a month. The paid tiers - JobSpring + at $13 a week, or Pro at $149 a month for companies - lift those ceilings.
Do I have to use the browser extension?
No. It is what makes auto-fill work on application forms hosted elsewhere, but you can apply through JobSpring, build résumés and run the tracker without installing anything.
Does anything get sent without me seeing it?
No. Auto-fill prepares a draft and stops. You read it, change what you want, and send it yourself. There is no mode that applies on your behalf.
Who can see my profile?
Verified hiring companies can find you in candidate search only if you have marked yourself open to work. Turn that off and you stay searchable to nobody while keeping the profile for your own applications.
What does verified mean for a company?
Every company confirms it is real before a post goes public, by work email domain, a business document, or a tag on its own website. Unverified posts do not appear in the feed.
Can one account do both?
Yes. The same login switches between looking and hiring, which is common for founders and contractors. Your candidate profile is not visible to your own company.
Will you sell my data?
No. Candidate details can only be used to evaluate the role someone applied to or was contacted about. Reselling, scraping and adding people to unrelated marketing lists are all prohibited.
Can I export what I have put in?
Yes, from Settings, at any time. Résumés download as PDF and the profile exports as structured data.
