About The Role

Our leading healthcare facility is looking for an experienced Specialist Internal Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care for adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive consultations, physical examinations, and medical assessments.
Diagnose and manage a wide range of acute and chronic internal medicine conditions.
Manage conditions including hypertension, diabetes, respiratory disorders, infections, gastrointestinal diseases, and cardiovascular risk factors.
Evaluate complex and multi-system medical conditions.
Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, imaging, and other diagnostic tests.
Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
Manage acute medical conditions and coordinate appropriate hospital admission when required.
Provide preventive healthcare, health-risk assessment, and lifestyle counseling.
Coordinate care with cardiologists, endocrinologists, gastroenterologists, nephrologists, pulmonologists, and other specialists.
Provide comprehensive follow-up for patients with chronic diseases and multiple comorbidities.
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with UAE healthcare standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, teaching, and continuing medical education.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
MD / DNB / MRCP / Arab Board or equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification in Internal Medicine.
Minimum 3 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
Strong experience in general adult medicine and management of complex medical cases.
Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork abilities.
