How it works

Three steps from post to shortlist.

Set up your company details once, then reuse them when you create another role.

Step 01

Set up your company once

Add your logo, location, work model, and culture. Account checks and job-publication checks are handled separately.

Step 02

Create a role posting

Title, pay range, work setup and screening questions. Publish it, or source directly from candidate search.

Step 03

Shortlist and compare

Applications you receive can be compared side by side and moved through the stages available to your team.

Built for the parts that slow hiring down

Less screening, more deciding.

Keep track of all your job postings

Manage published roles in one place, with the applicant counts, view data, and status currently available for each post.

  • Live, paused and closed roles at a glance
  • Applicant and view counts when those signals are available
  • Duplicate an existing post when creating a similar role

Easily manage status of all applicants

Applied, in review, interview, offer, hired or not selected. Each card carries the résumé, the screening answers and the dates that matter.

  • Drag between stages, or move them in bulk
  • Duplicate and withdrawn applications flagged for you
  • Kanban or table, whichever your team thinks in

View and compare candidates

When the required profile data is available, compare a candidate with the skills, seniority, location, and pay criteria recorded on your post.

  • Match details shown when the required criteria are available
  • See which requirements they meet and which they don't
  • Save a search once and it keeps working as a feed

Questions

What hiring teams ask before signing up.

Is it free?

A free recruiter plan is available. Signed-in recruiters can view configured company plans and job packages for their account; payment never publishes a job automatically.

How do candidates apply?

Depending on the listing, applicants use a JobSpring form, email, or an employer or ATS link. A direct JobSpring application is recorded only after the submission command succeeds.

Can I source candidates directly?

Candidate search can include profiles whose owners chose an open-to-work visibility setting. Available filters and invitation actions depend on your account permissions.

Who can see our job posts?

A job is public only while it satisfies the current publication checks. Draft, archived, closed, and ineligible jobs remain outside active discovery.

What does verification involve?

Employer accounts may be asked to prove work-email or domain control or submit business documents. Approval is not automatic, and review timing varies.

Can our whole team use one account?

Team access depends on the company roles and capabilities granted to each person. Each person should use their own account rather than sharing a login.

Will you sell my data?

No. Candidate details can only be used to evaluate the role someone applied to or was contacted about. Reselling, scraping and adding people to unrelated marketing lists are all prohibited, and accounts that do it are removed.

Can we export our hiring data?

Yes, from Settings, at any time. Applicant lists and job posts export as structured data, and résumés download as PDF.

What kind of support can my team expect?

For account, onboarding, documentation, or plan questions, email [email protected].
