Specialist / Consultant Urologist - American Board (Relocate to UAE)

We are seeking a highly qualified Specialist / Consultant Urologist with American Board certification in Urology to join our medical team in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive urological care and demonstrate strong clinical expertise, patient-centered care, and commitment to high-quality medical practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urological conditions.
• Perform urological procedures and surgeries within the approved scope of practice.
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative care and follow-up.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medical records.
• Follow UAE healthcare regulations, clinical protocols, and patient-safety standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement, and continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Candidates currently based outside the UAE are preferred.
• International candidates with recognized specialist qualifications and relevant cardiovascular/cardiothoracic surgical experience are encouraged to apply.
• UAE licensing eligibility is required, subject to the applicable regulatory requirements.
• American Board Certification in Urology.
• Recognized medical degree and completed specialist training in Urology.
• Relevant clinical experience at Specialist or Consultant level.
• Valid UAE medical license or eligibility for licensing with the relevant UAE health authority.
• Strong clinical and surgical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Consultant applicants must meet the applicable UAE regulatory requirements for Consultant classification.
