Cardiac Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Cardiac Surgeon to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in the surgical management of complex cardiac conditions and experience performing advanced cardiac procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and surgically manage a wide range of cardiac conditions.
• Perform complex cardiac and cardiothoracic surgical procedures.
• Conduct preoperative assessments and develop individualized surgical plans.
• Perform procedures such as CABG, valve surgery, and other major cardiac interventions.
• Manage high-risk and complex cardiac surgical cases.
• Provide comprehensive postoperative care and monitor patient recovery.
• Manage surgical complications and emergency cardiac cases.
• Work closely with cardiologists, cardiac anesthesiologists, intensivists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in clinical meetings, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate patient records and surgical documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MS/MCh/DNB or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Cardiothoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery / Cardiac Surgery.
• Significant post-specialization experience at Consultant level.
• Strong experience in adult cardiac surgery and complex cardiac procedures.
• Excellent surgical judgment, technical skills, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills.
