We are seeking a skilled Specialist Family Medicine Physician to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive, patient-centered care across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive, acute, and chronic disease management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary healthcare to patients of all age groups.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
• Conduct routine health assessments and preventive care.
• Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disorders, and common infections.
• Provide health screening, lifestyle counselling, and patient education.
• Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with specialist departments.
• Monitor patients with chronic illnesses and optimize their ongoing management.
• Maintain accurate medical records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/MRCGP or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Family Medicine.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in primary and family healthcare.
• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families.
