Anesthesiologist

We are seeking a skilled Specialist Anesthesiologist to join our leading healthcare facility in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in providing safe and effective anesthesia and perioperative care across a wide range of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive preoperative assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer and monitor general, regional, and other appropriate forms of anesthesia.
• Monitor patients throughout surgical and procedural interventions.
• Manage intraoperative emergencies and maintain patient stability.
• Provide postoperative pain management and monitor recovery.
• Provide anesthesia care for elective and emergency procedures.
• Manage patients with complex medical conditions requiring specialized anesthetic care.
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, intensivists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and clinical documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement, clinical audits, and departmental activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
• MD/DNB/DA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in Anesthesiology.
• Minimum 3 years of post-specialization experience preferred.
• Strong clinical experience in general and regional anesthesia.
• Excellent patient assessment, clinical judgment, and emergency management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
