Corporate Development Director (12 Month FTC)

Join our team as a Corporate Development Director for a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this key role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of M&A deals, joint ventures, market monitoring, and strategic assessment across EMEA. You will build strong partnerships across major functions and develop internal consulting capabilities to support strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investments. Reporting to the VP of Corporate Development for EMEA, you will drive the regional deal lifecycle from origination through signing, working with senior leaders throughout the region.

• Lead the end-to-end execution of M&A deals, joint ventures, market monitoring, and strategic assessment across EMEA.
• Establish and lead M&A strategy and execution for the region, partnering through due diligence and beyond.
• Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for deal outcomes, pipeline progress, and ROI, and deliver timely performance reports to senior stakeholders.

• Previous experience in data centers, digital infrastructure, or TMT preferred
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills; collaborative team orientation
• Extensive experience, preferably at a leading investment bank, consulting firm, private equity, or corporate finance/development at a technology firm
• Strong commercial judgment, work ethic, professionalism and intellectual curiosity
• Excellent analytical and financial analysis skills
• Undergraduate degree with strong academic background; MBA, CFA or CPA preferred but not required
