Monthly renewal
Stopping renewal schedules the PayPal subscription to be cancelled before the next renewal charge. Your access stays active until the paid end date.
Stopping renewal does not issue an immediate refund. A refund request can be submitted after the renewal cancellation is scheduled.
Annual access
Annual access is refunded with a prorated deduction based on the annual price divided by 12.
A month counts as used after the 7-day window from the monthly anniversary of the original purchase date.
One-month access
One-month access is handled as a paid access purchase. Cancelling requests a PayPal refund and removes paid access when the request succeeds.
Refund availability depends on the PayPal transaction status and whether it is still eligible for refund.
How to cancel
Sign in and open your billing settings. Job seeker and recruiter accounts each keep their own billing settings, and the cancellation controls live there.
A cancellation that is scheduled to take effect later can be undone before it does. Once a refund has been approved, the cancellation can no longer be undone.
Where the rules live
The agreement that governs your subscription is the Terms of Service. If a charge does not look right, contact us before cancelling so we can check the records with you.
