Group Digital Learning Manager

In this role, you will lead the global digital learning strategy, manage a team of learning designers, and drive innovation in learning technologies. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a hybrid working model.

• Lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Kingfisher's global digital learning ecosystem, ensuring an engaging and effective learner experience for over 80,000 colleagues.
• Manage and develop a team of learning designers, driving the creation, governance, and quality of digital learning content while ensuring alignment to business needs.
• Drive innovation through the evaluation and adoption of new learning technologies, delivering against the digital learning roadmap to enhance capability, performance, and operational efficiency.
