How can we help?

Guides and answers for job seekers, recruiters, and hiring teams.

Moving a candidate to an offer

Use the offer stage without treating it as an accepted employment agreement.

Before you start

The recruiter application pipeline includes an Offer stage. A pipeline label is not by itself evidence that an offer was delivered or accepted.

What to do

  1. 1
Review the application. Open the candidate record for the role you are managing.
  2. 2
Choose the available stage. If you are authorized, use the stage control to record Offer for that application.
  3. 3
Confirm separately. Check the saved stage. Communicating terms and receiving acceptance are separate actions and outcomes.

Important limitations

Keep in mind

Do not assume a stage change sends an offer document or updates every external application tracker. Personal and official hiring outcomes are different.

If you need more help

If a control is missing or an action fails, include the page address and the message shown when you contact JobSpring. Never include your password, sign-in code or payment-card details.
