Creating your JobSpring account
Choose your account type and follow the signup, email verification and terms steps shown.
Before you start
Choose the workspace you need and use an email address you can access. Signup availability and the steps required depend on your account type and the current signup screen.
Jobseeker and recruiter workspaces have different permissions. Do not assume that creating one account gives access to both dashboards or provides a role-switching option.
Signing up
Start from the sign-up page and follow the steps shown. For email-and-password signup, enter the requested name, email address and password; satisfy the password rules displayed in the form.
- 1Choose your workspace. Select jobseeker or recruiter according to what you need to do. This is an account role, not merely a display preference.
- 2Complete the account form. Check the requested details before submitting. If a Google signup option is offered, follow that separate sign-in flow rather than assuming its steps are identical.
- 3Verify your email. Follow the verification instructions shown after signup. Check the address and spam folder if the message is missing, and use the available resend control when allowed. Delivery time is not guaranteed.
- 4Review the terms. Read the agreement presented for your account type and complete any remaining setup steps before relying on dashboard access.
Choosing an account type
Use the workspace authorized for your account. If you need different access, contact support instead of assuming that changing a page address changes your role.
Job seeker
- Search and review roles
- Prepare your resume and profile
- Use the supported application and tracking workflows
- Review the privacy controls available in your account
Recruiter
- Complete the company setup requirements
- Create and manage authorized job posts
- Review applications and candidate records
- Use team and billing controls allowed by your permissions
Recruiter tools depend on your account role, company access and current setup and plan requirements. Follow the requirements shown for the action you want to take; signup alone does not confirm company verification or publication eligibility.
What to set up first
Review the profile and setup fields available for your workspace. Complete required fields and check saved information before using it in an application or job post.
- Professional details. Keep the information you provide accurate and up to date.
- Job preferences. Read the currency, pay-period and location labels on the fields that are actually available.
- Skills and experience. Review imported suggestions and add only information you can accurately describe.
- Privacy settings. Check the available visibility controls; do not assume they block particular companies or guarantee a specific audience.
Follow the page’s validation and save feedback. Completing a profile does not itself submit an application, verify a company or publish a job.
If something goes wrong
Read any error message before retrying. Signup restrictions, verification requirements and account setup are separate from successful sign-in.
If a verification message is missing, check the email address and spam folder, then follow the resend instructions shown. Do not share verification codes or passwords with support.
If your email is already registered, use the sign-in or password-recovery page. Contact JobSpring if you cannot determine the correct account or workspace; do not assume accounts or application histories can be merged.
