Your information in public JobSpring tools

Understand search inputs, browser saves, notification requests, and resume reading before using them.

You can browse listings without creating a profile. Search words, location choices, and selected filters determine the results you see. Change or remove them to adjust your search. Opening a listing, saving a job, or following an application link does not mean you have submitted an application.

Company and professional directories use the keywords, location, and filters you choose to narrow their results. Change or remove those choices to broaden the list. You do not need to upload a resume to search these directories. Opening a company or professional page lets you review the details available there; further actions depend on your account and permissions.

When you save a job while signed out, JobSpring keeps the selected job and its details in that browser. Use the saved control again to remove it. Clearing the site’s browser data can remove local saves and sign-in state; it does not delete records already held in an account. Local saves do not automatically appear in another browser or on another device.

When you sign in to an eligible existing jobseeker account, JobSpring attempts to move your local saved jobs into that account. Check the displayed result and your saved jobs rather than assuming the transfer succeeded. Saving a job records your interest, not an application submission.

New registration on jobspring.pro is currently closed. Its notification form asks for your first and last name, country, email, and whether you are interested as a jobseeker or recruiter, plus a preferred role or company name. Review these details before submitting. Requesting a notification does not create an account or guarantee a reopening date.

Notification requests also record browser information, the site address, the country reported for the connection, and a value derived from the connection’s IP address. The form has no control to edit an earlier request. Submitting the same email again does not replace the earlier details. Contact JobSpring with questions about your request.

For an existing account, use the available email/password or Google sign-in option. Password recovery asks for the account email; follow the displayed instructions and any resend cooldown. Never send your password, reset link, or sign-in code in a support message.

The public resume tool accepts PDF and Word files up to 5 MB. This page reads PDF and DOCX text in your browser. Legacy DOC requires sign-in and sends the file content to JobSpring for text extraction. Review the extracted name, email, phone, and summary: complex formatting or image-based content may not be read correctly. Edit the displayed fields or choose Read a Different Resume to clear the current file and preview.

Reading a resume and saving profile changes are separate actions. Saving requires an existing account and sends the prepared changes for processing. The extracted preview does not confirm that every field will be saved. Check the result, including any partial-save or error message. Neither reading the file nor saving profile details submits a job application.

Application data depends on the route shown for the job. A JobSpring application form uses an existing signed-in account and its available profile details. Review the displayed candidate details and message before choosing Submit Application, or close the form without submitting. For email applications, review and edit the prepared draft in your email app before sending; opening the draft is not a sent application. Return to JobSpring and confirm only if you actually sent it. An external employer website has its own required fields and controls; check its instructions before sharing information.

Profile, application-tracker, and recruiter tools require the appropriate account and permissions. This guide covers the public flows above; it is not a complete account-data inventory. Use Cookie Settings for the site’s available consent choices and read the Privacy Policy for published handling information. For a question, contact JobSpring with the page and issue, without credentials or unnecessary sensitive documents.
