Act as the primary liaison for Swedish-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and chat.

Maintain thorough records of customer interactions and issues in our CRM platform.
Collaborate with various departments to improve customer service processes based on client feedback.
Stay informed about product knowledge and company policies to ensure accurate service delivery.

Support training initiatives for new employees by providing guidance and sharing insights.

Requirements

Fluency in Swedish and English with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
