Consultant / Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon - Western Qualified

Position Overview

A leading healthcare facility in the UAE is seeking an experienced Consultant / Specialist Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon to join its surgical team and provide comprehensive maxillofacial and oral surgical care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage a broad range of oral, maxillofacial, and facial conditions.
• Perform oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures according to expertise.
• Manage facial trauma, infections, cysts, tumors, and impacted teeth.
• Provide pre-operative assessment and post-operative follow-up.
• Collaborate with dental, ENT, plastic surgery, oncology, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure high standards of patient safety.
• Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and professional education.

Requirements

• Recognized medical/dental degree with appropriate specialist training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Relevant postgraduate qualification/fellowship.
• Significant clinical experience in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery.
• Current professional registration/licence in the country of practice.
• Eligibility for UAE Consultant or Specialist classification , subject to the applicable PQR and final authority assessment.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
