About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly qualified Consultant Family Medicine to join a reputed private healthcare group in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive, evidence-based medical care to patients across different age groups, with a strong focus on preventive medicine, chronic disease management, health promotion, and continuity of care.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized Western Board certification in Family Medicine and have relevant clinical experience in a reputable hospital, medical centre, or healthcare organization.

Requirements

  • Provide comprehensive primary and family medical care to patients of all age groups.
  • Diagnose, assess, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
  • Conduct detailed consultations, medical examinations, and appropriate investigations.
  • Develop individualized treatment and management plans in accordance with evidence-based clinical guidelines.
  • Provide preventive healthcare, health screening, vaccination advice, and lifestyle counselling.
  • Manage common chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, dyslipidemia, obesity, asthma, and other long-term illnesses.
  • Perform appropriate minor procedures within the scope of Family Medicine practice.
  • Refer patients to specialist services when clinically indicated and coordinate continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient medical records.
  • Promote patient education, adherence to treatment, and healthy lifestyle practices.
  • Work collaboratively with specialists, nurses, allied healthcare professionals, and other members of the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and patient-safety programs.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, organizational policies, and professional standards.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-service skills.
