About The Role

SearchPlus HR is currently seeking a highly qualified Consultant Neurosurgeon with an American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification on behalf of a leading healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates . The successful candidate will provide expert neurosurgical care, diagnose and manage complex neurological conditions, perform advanced surgical procedures, and deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with international standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with complex neurological and spinal conditions requiring surgical intervention.
  • Perform advanced neurosurgical procedures, including brain, spine, and peripheral nerve surgeries.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide pre-operative and post-operative care while ensuring the highest standards of patient safety.
  • Participate in clinical governance, research, quality improvement initiatives, and continuous medical education activities.

Requirements

  • American Board Certification, UK CCT, or another recognized Western qualification in Neurosurgery.
  • Eligibility for or active DHA, DOH, or MOH Consultant License.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of post-board/CCT experience as a Consultant Neurosurgeon.
  • Extensive experience in advanced neurosurgical procedures and complex case management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and patient-care skills.
