Founder's Associate Intern / Working Student

About the Role

You will support early stage enterprise sales initiatives for a procurement AI platform, working closely with the CEO to develop outbound playbooks and build real pipeline opportunities. This role sits in a small, fast moving team based in a Berlin office with a hybrid work option, contributing to GTM strategy and frontline outreach.

What You'll Do

• Run high volume outbound outreach across email and LinkedIn to generate qualified enterprise conversations.

• Research target accounts and identify right contacts and trigger events for timely outreach.
• -
• Write personalized messages aimed at procurement leaders in industrial manufacturing.
• -
• Manage multi touch sequences and follow ups to maximize replies and conversions.
• -
• Track metrics and run A/B tests to continuously improve performance.
• -
• Maintain and enrich CRM data to keep target accounts actionable.
• -
• Prepare meeting materials including competitive research and one pagers.
• -
• Iterate on messaging to inform GTM playbooks and strategy discussions.
• -
• Participate in strategy sessions, product demos, and investor discussions to gain context.
• -
• Support ad hoc tasks such as event prep, market analysis, or deck updates as needed.
• -
• Based in Berlin and able to work from the office with a hybrid option.

What We're Looking For

• -
• Current student or recent graduate in business, engineering, or a similarly rigorous field with an entrepreneurial mindset.

• Strong written communication in German and English, capable of sharp outreach and professional updates.

• Experience with outbound outreach, account research, and managing follow-up workflows.
• -
• Comfort with high volume outreach as a core responsibility and ability to work independently.

• Genuine interest in B2B, enterprise software, procurement, or AI and how large companies buy technology.
• -
• Based in Berlin and available to work from the office with hybrid flexibility.
