Sales Intern

About the Role

You will support an early stage B2B SaaS sales team by assisting with lead generation, outreach, and day-to-day activities that contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth. You will gain practical exposure to AI and SaaS sales processes while working closely with experienced teammates.

What You'll Do

• Assist with identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound leads.

• Conduct outreach via email and phone to prospective customers under guidance.

• Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate pipeline management.

• Prepare sales collateral, presentations, and bespoke proposals for prospects.
• -
• Support coordination of meetings and demos between prospects and account teams.
• -
• Track sales metrics and help generate simple reports to inform team decisions.
• -
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and materials.

What We're Looking For

• -
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field with strong fundamentals in sales and communication

• 0-2 years of professional sales or customer-facing experience preferred but not required
• -
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly
• -
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; German language skills are required for the role

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset

• Eagerness to learn, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate across teams

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: 22,200 EUR annually
