Senior Founding Engineer

About the Role

You will join an early stage engineering team responsible for customer engagement and building scalable, production ready software. You will help shape the product and tech strategy as part of a founding team, working closely with customers and the core developers to move from demos to real-world impact.

What You'll Do

• Lead customer conversations and translate insights into product features and technical plans.

• Design and build full stack applications while advancing AI capabilities of the product.

• Move the product from prototype to scalable, high quality production systems.

• Help define the product, technical direction and company strategy.

What We're Looking For

• -
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with a track record shipping production applications.
• -
• Full stack: Node.js, TypeScript, and React on the frontend; Python on the backend.
• -
• Hands on experience with LLM design patterns, vector stores, and model fine tuning.
• -
• Experience designing, building, and deploying scalable products from MVP to production.
• -
• Experience leading customer conversations and translating feedback into product requirements.
• -
• Experience in startup or early stage environments and strong system design abilities with a practical mindset.
• -
• Willingness to work hybrid from Berlin or relocate there.
