About The Role

A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Prosthodontist to join its expanding dental team.

The successful candidate will provide comprehensive prosthodontic care, including the restoration and replacement of missing or damaged teeth, complex rehabilitation, aesthetic dentistry, and implant-supported prosthetic treatment. The role offers an opportunity to work in a modern dental environment with advanced technology and a multidisciplinary team.

Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board credentials are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and manage complex prosthodontic conditions.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans for full-mouth and complex oral rehabilitation.
  • Perform fixed and removable prosthodontic procedures.
  • Provide crowns, bridges, veneers, dentures, and implant-supported restorations.
  • Manage complex restorative and aesthetic dental cases.
  • Perform comprehensive occlusal assessment and rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with implantologists, oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists, and orthodontists.
  • Coordinate with dental laboratories to ensure high-quality prosthetic outcomes.
  • Provide appropriate follow-up and long-term maintenance care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical quality initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of infection control, patient safety, and evidence-based dental practice.

Requirements

  • BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification.
  • Recognized postgraduate qualification in Prosthodontics .
  • Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
  • Strong experience in complex restorative and prosthodontic cases.
  • Candidates with UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board , or equivalent internationally recognized specialist qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience with implant-supported prosthodontics and full-mouth rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • Experience in a specialist dental center, hospital, or multidisciplinary practice preferred.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and patient-management skills.
