About the Role
A leading healthcare organization in the UAE is seeking an experienced Specialist / Consultant Restorative Dentist to join its expanding dental team.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive restorative and reconstructive dental care, focusing on the diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of complex dental conditions. The role offers an opportunity to work in a modern clinical environment with advanced dental technology and a multidisciplinary team.
Candidates with UK CCT, Western qualifications, American Board, Australian Board, and South African Board credentials are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage complex restorative dental conditions.
- Perform comprehensive restorative and reconstructive dental procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Manage damaged, worn, fractured, and missing teeth.
- Perform aesthetic and functional restorative treatments.
- Carry out crowns, bridges, veneers, inlays, onlays, and other restorative procedures as appropriate.
- Provide comprehensive treatment planning for complex cases.
- Collaborate with prosthodontists, periodontists, endodontists, oral surgeons, and other dental specialists.
- Provide appropriate follow-up and long-term maintenance plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
- Ensure high standards of infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality.
Requirements
- BDS, DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental qualification.
- Recognized postgraduate qualification in Restorative Dentistry or a related specialty.
- Relevant post-specialization clinical experience.
- Strong experience in complex restorative and multidisciplinary dental cases.
- Candidates with UK CCT, American Board, Australian Board, South African Board , or equivalent internationally recognized specialist qualifications are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in a specialist dental center, hospital, or multidisciplinary clinical environment preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
- Commitment to patient-centered care and clinical excellence.
