About The Role

Maintains and respects confidentiality for patient/physician/personnel information.

  • Demonstrates an ability to be flexible, organized and function under stressful situations.
  • Be a role model in exemplary behavior professionally and personally to ensure no criticism of nursing administration.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • Assembles and prepares the files.
  • Complete forms attached to file most especially the insurance approval form prior to consultation.
  • Work is carried out within general policies and goals and is direction only for guidance on policy issues.
  • Participation in the organization’s quality improvement and safety activities.
  • Develops and utilizes professional collegial networking.
  • Demonstrates respect, compassion and cultural sensitivity to patients/families and other hospital employees.
  • Advocates for excellence in patient care and patient rights.
  • Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, other health care team members, to carry out works smoothly.
  • Assumes responsibility for own actions, decisions and behaviors.
  • Demonstrates initiative in the performance of duties requiring a minimum amount of supervision or guidance .
