Project Manager Associate - China DSP Operations

Join our team as a Project Manager Associate for China DSP Operations. In this role, you will manage DSP-related operational projects, oversee customer finance operations, and support data analysis and reporting. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external DSP partners to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 2-5 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills.

• 负责管理与中国DSP相关的运营项目，包括项目范围、规划、执行、监控和关闭。
• 与内部团队（销售、运营、市场、数据、财务、法律和中央零售及运营团队）和外部DSP合作伙伴跨职能合作，确保项目目标、时间表和交付成果的一致性。
• 与当地DSP和中央财务/版税团队密切合作，确保及时准确地收到中国DSP的付款和报告。
• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant working experience in project management, operations, finance operations, or DSP-related roles (media, tech, or digital platforms experience is a plus).
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.
• Experience working with financial reporting, payment processes, or revenue-related operations is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internally and externally.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational skills, proactive mindset, and a proven ability to drive projects forward and deliver results.
