The Drink Equipment Asset Specialist has the overall responsibility to ensure the smooth operation of the Drink Equipment in terms of assets availability as well as to achieve departmental relevant KPIs.

Main responsibilities

Monitor Drinks Equipment availability and operational KPIs, ensuring accurate allocation and availability records.

Prepare and share reports to support business needs, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal customers (Sales, Finance, Procurement), external stakeholders, and 3PL partners through regular communication and review meetings.

Ensure compliance with Business Unit policies, Group guidelines, and Health & Safety requirements.

Contribute to the preparation and implementation of the Drinks Equipment Business Plan.

Manage purchase requisitions for new Drinks Equipment assets and support CapEx planning and tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

  • University degree, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Logistics or a related field.
  • Very good command of the English language.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Good knowledge of SAP and BW Reporting.
  • Good understanding of cost control and financial principles.
  • Experience in 3PL management and/or project and change management will be considered an advantage.

Total monthly gross remuneration: €2,050, including the Cost of Living Allowance (COLA), which is adjusted in accordance with the applicable regulations
