Senior Consultant - SAP-SAP IBP Response & Supply Order Series

Bristlecone India Limited seeks an experienced SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Senior Consultant to lead the Response & Supply and Order‑Based Planning (OBP) streams. The role involves architecting, configuring, and optimizing SAP IBP solutions to enhance supply planning, order fulfillment, and overall supply chain efficiency, while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and delivering best‑in‑class support to our clients.

• Design and configure SAP IBP Response & Supply and OBP models aligned with client business requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including data integration, master data setup, and scenario planning.
• Develop and execute test scripts, conduct unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide post‑go‑live support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to integrate SAP IBP with ERP, SCM, and analytics platforms.
• Create and deliver training materials, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions for client stakeholders.
• Perform gap analysis and propose enhancements to optimize supply chain performance.
• Maintain project documentation, solution design artifacts, and configuration guides.
• Stay current with SAP IBP roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability building.
• 7+ years of experience in SAP IBP, specifically Response & Supply Planning and Order‑Based Planning.
• Proven track record of full‑cycle SAP IBP implementations (design, configuration, testing, rollout).
• Strong understanding of supply chain concepts: demand forecasting, inventory optimization, order fulfillment, and production planning.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA, and data integration tools (SAP PO, CPI, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, both written and verbal.
• SAP IBP certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate – IBP) preferred.
• Experience in Agile project environments and SAP Activate methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
