Senior SAP FI consultant

As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant, you will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, define business processes, and design finance solutions that align with organizational objectives. You will provide strategic guidance on SAP Financial Accounting capabilities and support the deployment of scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.

You will play a key role in solution design, implementation, integration, and transformation initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver business value and operational excellence.

• Partner with business owners and stakeholders to analyze and define business requirements, processes, and project objectives.
• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and drive solution design decisions.
• Develop tactical and strategic roadmaps for SAP Finance solution deployment.
• Advise customers on SAP best practices and finance transformation strategies.
• Lead and support end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Configure and implement SAP Financial Accounting (FI) solutions, including:
• General Ledger (FI-GL)
• Accounts Receivable (FI-AR)
• Accounts Payable (FI-AP)
• Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
• Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Bank Communication Management (BCM)
• Intercompany Accounting
• Tax Management
• Ensure seamless integration between SAP Finance and other SAP modules.
• Design and support intercompany and intracompany transaction processes.
• Leverage SAP Business Partner concepts and SAP Fiori applications to enhance user experience.
• Recommend implementation approaches and integration strategies for third-party systems.
• Support Agile project delivery methodologies and governance processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve solution issues.
• Participate in solution testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP consulting experience.
• At least 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Management Accounting.
• Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Participation in at least 3 to 4 full lifecycle SAP implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in:
• SAP Financial Accounting (FI)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
• Bank Communication Management (BCM)
• Intercompany Accounting
• Taxation
• Deep understanding of SAP Finance integration with other SAP modules.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Business Partner functionality and SAP Fiori applications.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Preferred

• Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• SAP Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or related areas.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance (CFIN).
• Experience with SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion programs.
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging.
• Experience integrating SAP solutions with third-party applications.
