Its latest $120M Series C valued the company at $1.5B.The RoleOmni is looking for an Engagement Manager to help run delivery operations for our Professional Services team. You'll be the operational backbone behind how PS engagements are scoped, staffed, tracked, and delivered — partnering closely with Managing Architects, subcontracting partners, and Sales to make sure every client receives a world-class <engagement.You>'ll report to the Regional Director of Professional Services and act as a critical link between Sales, customers, and our partner network.ResponsibilitiesOwn process and hygiene across the full engagement lifecycle — from scoping through Salesforce tracking to subcontract completion — partnering with Sales, Managing Architects, delivery partners, and Finance to keep every transaction clean and on timeServe as the primary relationship owner for subcontracting partners in your region — aligning on capacity, coordinating assignments, hosting a weekly sync, and keeping tracking systems currentDeliver engagement support on customer projects where you have been scoped in., from project management to requirements gathering, and act as a first point of escalation on accounts needing additional supportSupport the pre-sales process — maintaining PS presale collateral, advising Account Executives on positioning and scoping, and coordinating SOWs for non-standard engagementsDrive operational improvements through structured initiatives, decreasing overhead & rapidly delivering tangible impactBring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems and tasks, and to drive them independently to completionAbout You3+ years in consulting, SaaS, data or other relevant domainsTrack record of exceeding performance objectives as an individual contributor or a managerExcellent cross-functional collaborator, especially with sales teamsBuilder mentality — comfortable in an environment where process is still formingClear, direct communicator who gives feedback early and oftenNice-to-HavesAppreciation for core concepts of consulting businesses including; PS products, revenue management, time tracking and utilisation managementExperience implementing analytics or embedded analyticsFamiliarity with dbt, Snowflake, or modern data stack toolingPrior experience at a high-growth Series B/C companyExperience across the full pro. services delivery cycle from pre-sale through to project completionComfort in a high-pressure deal cycle, understanding stakeholder challenges, empathizing with their position, and outlining a path to successInterview ProcessRecruiter Screen (30 mins)HM Interview (45 mins)Interviews with 2 team members (45 mins each)Case Study (30-45 mins)Founder Interview (30 mins)Why Join UsPassionate, supportive team with extensive experience in the space (including founders from Looker and Stitch Data) all working together to win as a teamHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) PlanUnlimited PTOOmni is an equal opportunity employer.
