Our client, an international organisation with a strong European presence, is looking to recruit an HR Analytics & Reporting Specialist to join its HR team in Luxembourg.

Working in an international and decentralised environment, you will play a key role in collecting, consolidating and analysing HR data across multiple countries and legal entities. The position combines hands-on HR reporting, data analysis and coordination with local HR stakeholders.

Your responsibilities

  • Collect, consolidate and validate HR data from multiple entities and countries.
  • Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards and analyses for HR and management.
  • Monitor key HR indicators, including headcount, workforce movements, compensation and other people-related metrics.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency and reliability of HR data received from different sources.
  • Analyse data and identify trends, discrepancies and relevant insights to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with local HR teams and other stakeholders to gather information and improve reporting processes.
  • Contribute to the development and optimisation of HR reporting tools, templates and processes.
  • Support recurring HR activities and provide broader analytical support to the HR team when required.
  • Participate in HR-related projects involving data, reporting and process improvement.

Your profile

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR reporting, HR controlling, HR analytics or data-oriented HR role.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large volumes of data from different sources.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential.
  • Experience with HRIS, reporting or Business Intelligence tools would be an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
  • Comfortable working in an international, multi-entity environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Autonomous, organised and able to manage recurring deadlines and ad-hoc requests.
  • Excellent communication skills and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
  • Fluent English is required; French or another European language would be an asset.

The role is based in Luxembourg and offered on a fixed-term contract.
