In this role, you will... Essential Functions : Leading and managing the Data Operations team responsible for database administration, data engineering, data integration, automation and operational support Overseeing the design, implementation, monitoring, optimization and reliability of enterprise databases, data pipelines, ETL/ELT workflows and data integration platforms Working closely with business units, analytics teams, application teams, vendors and IT leadership to understand operational needs, prioritize work and support data platform modernization Establishing and promoting standards for database administration, data engineering, data governance, security, data quality, backup and recovery, documentation and operational support Managing technology roadmaps, vendor relationships, licensing, staffing and budget planning for enterprise data operations services NOTES: This hybrid position is 80% remote, with onsite work required at the Raleigh, NC office.
