Engineering Manager (KYC/Compliance team)

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our KYC/Compliance team. You'll be responsible for growing and mentoring the team while also driving technical direction, architecture, and delivery. The platform handles identity/KYB verification, integrations with external verification and screening providers, and automated compliance decisioning across 48+ <countries.It>’s a greenfield project, so you'll have the opportunity to shape the architecture, engineering culture, and technology choices from day <one.Tech> stack: Golang, Kafka, Temporal, MySQL, AWS.
