Job Description: Electrician Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our technical maintenance team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of our factory equipment. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures, and carry out daily scheduled maintenance tasks to minimize production downtime. Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Overhaul: Execute routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and overhaul of factory production machinery and electrical systems. Daily Operations: Complete daily scheduled work orders and inspections to ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency. Fault Diagnosis & Repair: Quickly diagnose electrical or mechanical faults and perform necessary repairs to minimize production downtime. Technical Upkeep: Assist in equipment installations, modifications, and upgrades while keeping precise maintenance and repair logs. Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to factory safety protocols, electrical codes, and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Associate’s Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical field. Professional Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical equipment maintenance or as a maintenance electrician in large-scale manufacturing facilities. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in reading electrical schematics, troubleshooting circuits, and repairing industrial machinery (PLC knowledge is a plus). Certifications: Must possess a valid electrician license/certification.
