The candidate will be responsible for managing the order preparation and issuance process, overseeing labor, and handling customer complaints efficiently. Responsibilities: Prepare and issue orders accurately and in a timely manner. Manage labor resources effectively to ensure smooth operations. Address and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations. Good command of the English language. Familiarity with standard warehouse processes and procedures.
