电工(Electrician)

Responsibility： 1. Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on all electrical equipment including motors, control panels, switchgear, transformers, and conveyors. 2. Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery (slurry pumps, spray dryers, mixers, packaging lines) to minimize downtime. 3. Replace and repair electrical components such as contactors, relays, PLCs, VFDs (variable frequency drives), sensors, and wiring. 4. Maintain, test, and calibrate instrumentation and control systems used in the powder-making process. 5. Install new electrical equipment, cabling, conduit, and distribution boards in line with engineering drawings and specifications. 6. Commission new machinery and ensure smooth electrical handover to operations Qualification： 1. Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 2. Minimum 3 years' experience as an electrician in a manufacturing, FMCG, or chemical production environment. 3. Sound knowledge of single-phase and three-phase electrical systems (LV/MV). 4. Hands-on experience with PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley, or similar) and SCADA systems.
