Kajiado Health&Safety Specialist

Responsibility: Conduct daily routine safety inspections across the warehouse area, identify potential safety hazards and operational risks and drive targeted improvement measures to mitigate risks Develop and deliver regular safety knowledge training and skill drills for all warehouse personnel to enhance team safety awareness and emergency response capabilities Compile and update accurate daily and monthly safety work reports, maintain complete safety management records for internal review and regulatory compliance Requirments: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Management or a related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in health and safety management, experience working in a factory set up preferred. Familiar with local occupational health and safety laws and industry standards, with strong risk identification and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strict attention to detail
