Mechanical Technician

Responsibilities: Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of production machinery and equipment to ensure continuous operation. Promptly diagnose mechanical faults and identify equipment failures, implementing effective solutions. Assist in the installation, modification, and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring seamless integration. Monitor machine performance closely and proactively identify potential mechanical issues before they lead to failure. Provide valuable feedback to supervisors regarding recurring equipment issues and propose opportunities for improvement. Actively participate in root cause analysis for equipment failures to prevent future occurrences. Qualifications: Education: Diploma or Higher Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a preference for experience in FMCG, detergent, chemical, or powder processing industries. Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical troubleshooting and repair techniques, coupled with a strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and rotating equipment. Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to work, ensuring precision and thoroughness in all tasks.
