Information Specialist

Job Description: Information Specialist Employment Type: Full-time Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience preferred Job Responsibilities IT Technical & Desktop Support: Provide comprehensive IT technical operation, desktop maintenance, and general user support within the trading area, including handling temporary technical requests. Network & CCTV System Deployment: Gather requirements from various departments and collaborate with the installation team to execute and manage network and CCTV system deployments. Equipment Maintenance & Inspection: Perform routine cleaning, inspection, and daily maintenance of NVRs, decoders, cameras, and UPS power supply equipment. User Training: Master different data monitoring system modules and conduct training sessions to help users utilize these systems effectively. Job Requirements Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in monitoring system operations and maintenance, with at least 1 year of hands-on network installation experience (experience with Hikvision systems or large-scale industrial park deployments is highly preferred). Technical Skills (Hardware & Infrastructure): Familiarity with IT server room equipment, UPS power installations, and camera (bullet/dome) setup. Fiber splicing experience is a strong plus. Technical Skills (Systems & Networking): Basic configuration knowledge of Huawei switches, familiarity with Windows Server OS, and a good understanding of manufacturing IT processes (including access control, storage, and server integration).
