Forklift Driver Team Leader

Responsibilities: Manage, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of the forklift driver team. Ensure all forklift operations adhere to safety standards and company policies. Oversee and coordinate the routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of forklifts to ensure optimal performance and safety. Provide training and guidance to forklift drivers to maintain high operational standards. Monitor team performance, address operational issues, and implement improvements. Qualifications: Proven experience as a proficient forklift driver. Familiarity with forklift maintenance procedures, troubleshooting, and basic repairs. Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise a team of drivers. Strong organizational and communication skills.
