Material Controller

Job Description: Material Controller Role Overview Position: Material Controller Employment Type: Full-time Education: Associate Degree or above Experience: Open (1+ years of relevant experience preferred) Key Responsibilities Attendance & Personnel Tracking: Manage attendance statistics for both permanent and temporary staff in the packaging workshop; identify and report any data anomalies in a timely manner. Material & Requisition Management: Oversee workshop documentation and files; calculate, review, and submit material requisitions required for production activities to superiors. Data Analysis: Compile, monitor, and perform statistical analysis on production data within the packaging workshop to support operational efficiency. Information Dissemination: Relay company-level and workshop-specific regulations, notices, and standards to relevant workshop personnel. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 1+ years of experience as a production statistician or in a similar manufacturing administration role is highly preferred. Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Excel and Word) for data management and reporting. Hardware Skills: Skilled in operating standard office equipment, including printers and thermal laminating machines. Personal Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized, patient, and capable of working in a fast-paced workshop environment.
