Washing Powder QC Team Leader

Responsibility: 1. 根据公司相关质量检验标准、方法，组织所管辖化验员，质检开展原料、包材、半成品、成品的检验工作。 1. In accordance with the company's relevant quality inspection standards and methods, organize the laboratory technicians under your jurisdiction to carry out inspection work on raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished products, and finished products. 2. 质量异常处理流程，及时处理当班过程、成品质量异常，主动向上级领导汇报、反馈，确保产品质量异常及时纠正、处理。 2.Quality anomaly handling process: Promptly handle any quality anomalies during the shift or in finished products, proactively report and provide feedback to superiors, and ensure that product quality anomalies are corrected and handled in a timely manner. 3. 定期组织所管辖QC召开班组例会，总结班组工作结果、经验及存在问题，协助主管定期组织QC进行标准或技能培训与考核。 3.Regularly organize team meetings for the QC under your jurisdiction to summarize team work results, experiences and existing problems, and assist the supervisor in regularly organizing standard or skills training and assessment for QC. 4. 协助主管开展所管辖QC劳动纪律、检测数据考核、绩效考核、奖惩管理的工作，确保所管辖人员的行为规范符合公司要求。 4.Assist the supervisor in carrying out the work of QC labor discipline, test data assessment, performance appraisal, and reward and punishment management under their jurisdiction, and ensure that the behavior of the personnel under their jurisdiction meets the company's requirements. 5.负责监督维护现场5S，定期保养各种检测仪器设备，确保检测工作的顺利有效的开展。 Responsible for supervising and maintaining 5S on site, regularly maintaining various testing instruments and equipment, and ensuring the smooth and effective conduct of testing work. Requirments: 1.能力：熟悉Word、Excel办公软件的应用，具备良好的沟通技巧、组织协调能力、分析判断能力 1.Skills: Proficient in using Word and Excel office software; possesses excellent communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and analytical judgment. 2.学历：大专及以上学历，化学类专业 <2.Education>: diploma and above, Chemical analysis related majors. 3.有洗衣粉厂相关工作经验 3.Washing Powder factory working expereince.
