The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a stable food supply, maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene, and managing kitchen inventory with integrity. Key Responsibilities Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook daily nutritious meals for Chinese resident staff, ensuring appropriate portion control and food supply. Kitchen Hygiene: Clean and sanitize the kitchen, cooking utensils, and dining areas daily to maintain a spotless and hygienic environment. Inventory Management: Oversee kitchen ingredients and supplies, ensuring zero waste and preventing any unauthorized removal of kitchen property. Job Requirements Experience: Open to all experience levels (prior experience in preparing Chinese cuisine or working with expatriate families/staff is a strong plus).
