GUARANTEED PAY INCRESES

Earn approximately $1.20 more per hour within your first 90 days

SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES:

1st Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30AM-2:30PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM +$1.50/hour shift premium
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM+$2.00/hour shift premium

As a Setup Operator /Adjuster, you'll play a critical role in keeping production running efficiently by:

Setting up envelope folding machines for production orders
Operating all machines within the department
Configuring equipment to customer specifications
Troubleshooting mechanical issues
Performing preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Ensuring quality standards and production efficiency

WE'RE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
Manufacturing or production machine setup experience OR
Automotive, diesel, fleet, industrial maintenance, or mechanic experience
A willingness to learn and grow through hands-on training
Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic

QUALIFICATIONSSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

Manual dexterity
Strong initiative
Team player
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Reasoning, mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills for appropriate operations of the equipment.
