French Content Moderator - LIS6

Content Moderation position, where the Agent will moderate videos from a social media network. After analysing the content, following the guidelines the person will tag the video with the decision. It's a job that requires attention to detail and patience with repetitive job. It is an growing account with many opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer support to German, Italian and French speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels.
• Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our products and services.
• Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants.
• Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing.
• 24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts
• 07:00 - 16:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 22:30 - 07:30
• (on-site 100%)

Requirements

• To be able to work under pressure and to have good stress management; To decide quickly and to be agile; To be confident and independent; To feel comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• French C2 level
• English B2/C1 - the agent needs to be able to write reports to the client in English and understand the communication shared within the team.

Travel costs - Reimbursement of Airfare at the end of the 6th month of contract - up to 400€ in Economy class

Accomodation - Relocation from outside of Portugal: Room in a shared apartment for a maximum period of 12 months, with rent of 280€ with all utilities bills included (discounted directly from the payslip)

Relocation from inside of Portugal: we don't provide unless the candidates are currently in the accomodation of competitors
