Job Description – HR Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Monterrey, NL, Mexico (On-site) Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Reports To: VP of Human Resources About Us We are a growing international HR and staffing organization that supports U.S. and Mexico-based companies by providing end-to-end recruiting, onboarding, and HR operational services. We are currently seeking a highly organized, bilingual HR Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our department. Position Summary The HR Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting recruitment coordination, employee record management and onboarding operations . This position requires a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively with leadership. This is a hybrid role based in Monterrey. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Hiring Support Review, sort, and screen incoming candidate profiles and resumes Serve as the first filter in the recruitment process Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process Assist with HR reporting and tracking metrics Coordinate internal HR processes and administrative workflows Provide general administrative support to the HR department Qualifications & Requirements Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) Reside in Monterrey, Nuevo León Availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch) , as needed.
