Role Overview
At VALCE Talent Solutions, we are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for the US market. You will focus on corporate functions ensuring that the talent pipeline matches the high standards of a world-class global leader.
We are looking for a highly proactive and self-driven talent professional who thrives in autonomous environments, takes ownership of their portfolio, and acts as a clear, consultative communicator with hiring managers and candidates alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle US Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end hiring process for US-based corporate roles with high independence and minimal oversight needed.
- Proactive Sourcing & Problem-Solving: Utilize advanced Boolean strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative sourcing techniques to anticipate pipeline bottlenecks and attract top-tier talent in the US market.
- Internal Profiling: Manage recruitment for internal corporate positions, aligning technical skills with the brand’s unique culture.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Act as a strategic partner for US-based hiring managers, offering market data, transparent updates, and candidate insights while driving alignment.
- Escalation & Priority Management: Demonstrate strong business judgment by managing priorities independently and identifying the right moments to escalate critical bottlenecks or decisions to leadership.
- Communication: Maintain flawless, transparent, and frequent verbal and written communication in English across all platforms.
Required Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Market Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience recruiting specifically for the US Market.
- Profile Expertise: Strong background in hiring corporate profiles (e.g., Finance, Marketing, HR, Operations).
- Language Proficiency: Advanced English. You must be comfortable leading complex conversations and negotiations in English.
- Ownership & Autonomy: Strong self-management skills; comfortable taking the lead on projects, driving solutions independently, and executing without needing day-to-day mentoring.
- Effective & Assertive Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication; ability to keep stakeholders informed proactively and influence decision-makers at a global level.
- Analytical & Solution-Oriented Mindset: Capability to navigate ambiguity, resolve candidate/client friction points proactively, and make sound judgments on priority management.
