About the Role0G is looking for a highly proactive Project Manager to drive execution across our business, product, and engineering teams.This role is for someone who enjoys bringing structure to a fast-moving, remote environment. You will take company priorities and turn them into clear projects, owners, timelines, and measurable outcomes—then stay close to execution to make sure things actually get <done.You> will work across multiple functions. You should be comfortable understanding priorities, translating context clearly, identifying blockers early, and proactively driving teams toward resolution.Because we operate as a distributed team, strong remote communication is essential. You should know how to create clarity without relying on constant meetings—documenting decisions, communicating context asynchronously, following up proactively, and making sure stakeholders know what they own and what happens next.This is not a role where you simply maintain project trackers or schedule meetings. We are looking for someone with strong ownership who will actively identify gaps, follow up on commitments, challenge unclear priorities, and help teams execute more effectively.What You'll DoDrive cross-functional projects from planning through execution and completion across business, product, engineering, and other teamsTranslate company priorities into clear project plans, milestones, owners, dependencies, and measurable outcomesEstablish effective operating rhythms for a distributed team, including project updates, decision logs, action tracking, and escalation processesCoordinate closely with engineering and business teams to ensure priorities, requirements, dependencies, and timelines are clearly understoodDocument important context, decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines so teams can move forward without unnecessary meetingsProactively identify blockers, risks, and misalignment, and work with stakeholders to resolve them before they impact deliveryFollow up on commitments and ensure clear ownership and accountability across teamsSupport company- and team-level OKR and KPI setting, tracking, and reviewBuild dashboards, trackers, and reporting processes that give leadership clear visibility into progress, risks, and performanceFacilitate focused cross-functional meetings when real-time discussion is needed, and ensure every discussion translates into clear decisions and next stepsHelp improve internal processes, workflows, documentation, and communication as the company scalesIdentify areas where teams are operating inefficiently or where ownership is unclear, and proactively propose improvementsCommunicate project status, trade-offs, risks, and decisions clearly to leadership and relevant stakeholdersTake on high-priority operational and strategic projects as business needs evolveWhat We're Looking ForApproximately 4–7 years of experience in project management, program management, business operations, strategy & operations, PMO, or a similar cross-functional roleProven experience independently driving complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholdersStrong project management fundamentals, including planning, prioritization, dependency management, risk management, and execution trackingExperience working closely with product and/or engineering teamsExperience with OKRs, KPIs, performance tracking, or business review processesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong experience working in remote or distributed teams, with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively without relying on constant synchronous meetingsStrong written communication and documentation habits, with the ability to summarize complex discussions into clear decisions, owners, and next stepsComfortable coordinating across functions and time zones and proactively following up when communication stallsHighly proactive and comfortable pushing for clarity, surfacing issues, and holding stakeholders accountableStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous problemsComfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities can change quicklyAble to operate independently without waiting for detailed instructionsFluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersPreferred QualificationsExperience at a startup, scale-up, AI, cloud infrastructure, developer tools, or other technology companyExperience building project-management and communication processes for distributed teamsExperience coordinating between Chinese-speaking engineering teams and English-speaking business stakeholdersExperience building project management or operating processes from the ground upFamiliarity with tools such as Linear, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar collaboration and project-management platformsConsulting or strategy experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat we offerPurpose: The opportunity to contribute to making AI a public goodGrowth: A self-directed environment where you can take initiative to shape your role and careerCompensation: Market-competitive compensation including, for most roles, exposure to pre-launch tokensIn addition, 0G Labs is committed to the health and well being of all of our team members.
