Catering Assistant

As a catering assistant/kitchen hand you will be responsible for enhancing residents’ dining experience by ensuring and maintaining a personalised and customer-focused approach while maintaining food safety practices in line with regulations. You will be reporting to the Manager of Residential Services and working with the care, health and hospitality team. Your Contribution Provide a varied and nutritional food service, which meets the needs of the aged residents within the residential aged care setting. Provide excellent personalised service to our residents. Prepare meals and drinks. Distribute meals to residents, assisting the chef with meal preparation, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
